Inkworks training principles
With 15+ years in the beauty industry spanning sales, marketing and training I realised pretty quick there is a huge gap in our industry.
This training is built around cognitive load theory which is the science of how the brain actually retains new skills.
Separating beginner technique from colour theory isn't a shortcut.
It's the reason my students leave confident enough to work, not just certified.
I'm not aligned with any training body or single product line. I test new brands, serums, and pigments in my own clinic and recommend what delivers real results, not what's trending.
My goal is to grow a team of artists who ask questions, challenge the status quo, and collectively raise the standard of the paramedical industry.

1.5hr video coaching
For artists who need to troubleshoot specific hurdles — business systems, client flow, case studies, or anything holding you back. You'll receive a Q&A form on booking so we hit the ground running.
Studio full day
Approx 6–7 hours For artists stuck in the portfolio phase or yet to launch. We cover technical execution and the business essentials — pricing, quote forms, marketing, and moving away from discount models. Fully tailored to where you are and where you want to go.
